Paul Bogart (Flemish Belgium)

Born in Brussels, Paul Bogaert now lives in Leuven, where Dutch is the commonly spoken language. His first book of poetry, Welcome Hygiene, appeared in 1996, followed by Circulaire systemen in 2002, a nod to his fascination with rotary systems. In the space of a few short years, this author of three books has already made his mark as one of the best and brightest of the young Flemish poets on the scene.
